Old paint, household hazardous waste, mercury products, florescent lamps, discarded furniture, electronics, computers, printers, scanners, TV’s, books, and microwaves can be properly disposed of at the Process Center Monday thru Friday from 8:00-1:00 at 1103 South 350 West, Jasper, IN 47546. Old Jasper City Landfill.
Prices for proper disposal
Paint $2.00 per gallon container. $10.00 for 5 gallon and up
TV’s, $1.00 Computer $1.00, Monitor $1.00, Florescent lamps 4ft .25, 8ft .50
Household Hazardous Waste $1.00 - $5.00 depending on the waste.
Roofing, tar, asphalt items $10.00 per 5 gallon container.
Tires must wait until tire collection days The next one is Sept 23rd.
Car tires 2.00 each 3.00 with rim, Truck 8.00, tractor 20.00 no-rims.
All furniture $ 5.00 per item, box spring $ 5.00 & mattresses - $ 5.00
Grills - bikes – metal cabinets – $ 2.00

Take 231 to the light at Wings and Rings restaurant, go west on 100 south to only stop sign, turn left and proceed to next stop sign take a right Dubois County Solid Waste is ¼ mile on left.

The Sanitation Department includes a truck driver and eight recycling center attendants. The recycling centers are located at Jasper, Huntingburg, Ireland, Pine Ridge, Dubois, Ferdinand, Haysville and Holland. The truck driver and site attendants work together to provide a service for collecting household trash and recyclables.
