Superior Court Judge
Superior Court Judges are also elected by popular vote and serve a six-year term. This court was created to supplement the Circuit Courts. The Superior Court has equal jurisdiction with the Circuit Court.
Other duties of this court:
1. Handle felonies, misdemeanors.
2. Traffic cases.
3. Small claims cases.
4. Regular civil cases.
