This office will ONLY accept tickets issued in Dubois County.

Tickets are payable at the Clerk's Office, we accept cash, money order or credit cards (in person or over the phone).   NO personal checks. You can also pay online at https://public.courts.in.gov/home/portal.  Any payments being mailed can be sent to; Dubois County Clerk's Office at One Courthouse Square, Jasper, Indiana 47546 (NO personal checks).

Failure to Pay:

Failure to pay a ticket will result in license suspension until paid. Once it is paid, the Clerk's office will notify the Indiana BMV.  The license reinstatement process may take 7 to 10 business days to be completed.  You may check the status on www.mybmv.in.gov.

The Pre-Trial Diversion Program:

If you have not had a ticket within the last two years and your address is current on your driver's license, you may be eligible for this program.  The Dubois County Prosecutor's Office will mail the agreement within one to two weeks of the date in which the ticket was received.  If you receive the agreement, the payment of $192.50 and the signed paperwork can be dropped off at the Clerk's Office or mailed with a money order.

Requesting a Review Hearing:

If you received a ticket and wish to dispute the ticket, you will need to request a Ticket Review form to fill out and submit back to our office. The Prosecutors Office will review this request and make a decision. 

An individual may check his or her own driving record @ www.in.gov/bmv. This will inform a person if they are valid or suspended.
