Flag Disposal Box

    In partnership with the National Association of Counties, the National Flag Foundation and the National Sheriff's Association, Dubois County has installed a flag retirement box, at no cost to the county, at the Dubois County Courthouse near the main entrance.  Flags should be folded respectfully before being placed in the box.      

     The drop-off box will be available during normal courthouse business hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 - 4:00, excluding Holidays. Members of the Boy Scouts, American Legion, or VFW will be responsible for the proper disposal of the worn flags.
